Daniel Lazier

Daniel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Skyline Crest Partners, where he brings extensive experience scaling technology-driven businesses and a deep passion for entrepreneurial leadership. Daniel was an early employee at two successful startups: one acquired by Amazon and another he personally helped guide through a successful IPO. With hands-on experience driving growth and operational excellence, Daniel deeply values preserving company culture and ensuring smooth transitions for founders. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University. Outside of business, Daniel enjoys cooking, golf, road cycling, and spending time with his wife, Emily.

Ali Ghahremani

Ali is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Skyline Crest Partners, bringing expertise in strategic growth, sales execution, and operational excellence. Ali began his career in software sales and quickly demonstrated his talent for building effective teams and robust sales processes. Early in his career, he worked with Daniel to scale a technology startup through its IPO. He then joined Google Cloud, where he excelled as a leader responsible for developing sales strategies and consistently ranked among top-performing sales executives. Ali holds a dual-degree in Economics and Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, where he also played on the varsity soccer team. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, soccer, and quality time with his wife Kaitlyn and son Kian.
